Vondeling Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Paardeberg area in Paarl, South Africa, grown on old, low‑yielding granite soils that boost aromatics and finesse, pale straw with a slight green edge showing floral perfume, passion fruit, lime, guava and subtle flintiness on both nose and palate with crisp mineral zest and lively balance, alcohol ~13%, contains sulfites.
Food Pairing: Shellfish, grilled fish, vegetarian dishes, goat’s cheese, fresh sourdough bread, soft cheeses.
