OLDENBURG VINEYARDS Syrah

Oldenburg Vineyards Syrah: from the Western Cape, South Africa, a deep ruby-coloured Syrah with aromas of blackberry, black plum, violet, subtle pepper and hints of fynbos, the palate is medium- to full-bodied with juicy dark fruit, soft, velvety tannins, balanced oak and a smooth, lingering finish, alcohol content around 14 % ABV, contains sulphites.

Food pairings: Pairs beautifully with grilled lamb, roast beef, barbecued meats, hearty stews, or mushroom and truffle dishes.
