MITRE’S EDGE Shiraz

Mitre’s Edge Shiraz: from the Simonsberg-Paarl region of South Africa, a deep ruby Shiraz with aromas of blackberry, plum, dark cherry and subtle spice layered with hints of pepper, fynbos and violet, the palate is medium- to full-bodied with juicy dark fruit, smooth, velvety tannins, balanced oak and a long, elegant finish, alcohol content around 14 % ABV, contains sulphites.

Food pairings: Pairs beautifully with grilled lamb, roasted beef, barbecued meats, hearty stews, or rich mushroom and truffle dishes.
