Bosman Nero Rosé: from the Wellington region of South Africa, a pioneering rosé made from Nero d’Avola, the first of its kind produced locally, offering vibrant aromas of pomegranate, red cherry and subtle floral notes, the palate is crisp and refreshing with lively acidity, bright red fruit, silky texture and a clean, elegant finish, alcohol content around 12.5 % ABV, contains sulphites.

Food pairings: Pairs effortlessly with seafood, grilled prawns, sushi, light pasta dishes, Mediterranean salads or soft cheeses.
