Vilafonté Series C: from Paarl in the Western Cape of South Africa, a premium Bordeaux‑style red blend led by Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec, offering a deep dark‑red core with rich aromas of blackberry, plum, cassis, hints of jasmine, exotic spice and smoky cedar, the palate is broad, dense and elegant with silky, fine‑grained tannins, layered fruit and a long, generous finish, alcohol content around 14.5 % ABV, contains sulphites.

Food pairings: Pairs beautifully with grilled ribeye or sirloin, slow roasted lamb with herbs, rich beef or game stews, truffle‑infused mushroom risotto or aged hard cheeses.
