The Echo of G.: from Stellenbosch and surrounding regions in South Africa, a sophisticated multi-varietal Bordeaux-style red blend crafted from hand-selected, low-yielding vineyards, offering aromas of dark berries, blackcurrant, plum, subtle cedar and spice with hints of tobacco and floral undertones, the palate is layered and precise with balanced acidity, polished tannins, elegant oak integration and a long, lingering finish, alcohol content around 14 % ABV, contains sulphites.
Food pairings: Pairs beautifully with grilled or roasted lamb, ribeye or sirloin steak, hearty beef stews, game dishes, or mature hard cheeses.
