Stony Brook Ghost Gum Chardonnay is a premium white wine from Bo-Hoek, Franschhoek, South Africa, made entirely from Chardonnay grapes. Barrel-fermented in 60% new French oak and aged for 12 months, it offers citrus peel, stone fruit, and caramel on the nose, with a plush palate of passion fruit and pear, brisk acidity, and a savoury finish. ABV: 12.43%. Contains sulfites. Drink now or cellar up to 5 years.
