Paul Wallace Off The Record Chenin Blanc produced in Elgin, one of South Africa’s coolest wine regions, this Chenin Blanc displays vibrant acidity and remarkable purity of fruit. Containing sulphites, it shows an attractive pale straw colour with a nose of citrus and stone fruit. The palate unfolds with layers of peach, apple and subtle oak spice, enriched by a creamy mouthfeel and underlying minerality. Gentle wood influence adds complexity, while the wine finishes long, lingering and beautifully balanced. Alcohol 13.5%.
