This Bordeaux style wine features the major varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot. 12 – 14 months of barrel maturation with controlled malolactic fermentation give a delightful smooth, typical character. Pairs well with venison stews, pepper fillet steaks or chateaubriand.
