Guardian Peak Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant, medium-bodied red wine with classic blackcurrant and dark chocolate aromas, followed by flavours of black cherry, prune and mulberry with subtle Provençal herb notes. Ripe, rounded tannins and balanced acidity give the wine a smooth, well-structured character, while six months in seasoned French oak adds depth and gentle complexity. Alcohol: 13.97% ABV. Contains sulfites.
