It opens with vibrant citrus and fresh stone fruit aromas, leading to a palate of crisp citrus, yellow stone fruit, and steely minerality. The wine’s zesty acidity and concentrated structure offer complexity and freshness. Fermented in stainless steel, clay amphora, and oak, it achieves layered depth and texture. With an alcohol content of approximately 13%, it contains sulfites as a common allergen.
