DE TOREN BOOK XVII

De Toren Book XVII: from Stellenbosch, South Africa, a limited-production Bordeaux-style red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec, offering aromas of ripe blackcurrant, dark plum, cassis, hints of tobacco, cedar and subtle spice, the palate is lush, layered and harmonious with fine-grained tannins, balanced oak, concentrated fruit and a long, elegant finish, alcohol content around 14.5 % ABV, contains sulphites.

Food pairings: Pairs beautifully with grilled ribeye or fillet steak, roasted lamb with herbs, slow-cooked beef stews, game meats or mature hard cheeses.
