Darling Cellars De-Alcoholised DC Rosé from Darling, South Africa, this rosé shows a light salmon-pink color with aromas of ripe strawberries and sweet candy-floss dancing in the air, moving into a balanced palate that ends with a gently lingering finish. It’s made with a blend of 98% Sauvignon Blanc and 2% Grenache, produced with care (18 days at 14°C, reductive handling, 2 months on the lees) and then de-alcoholised via gently spun cone technology. Sits at 0.39% ABV and contains sulfites.

Food pairings: Perfect with roasted chicken, salmon salad, Italian dishes with red sauce, or stuffed mushrooms.
