Cederberg Shiraz: from the Cederberg region of South Africa, a deep ruby Shiraz with aromas of ripe blackberry, black plum, violet and subtle pepper and spice notes, the palate is medium- to full-bodied with juicy dark fruit, smooth, velvety tannins, balanced oak and a long, lingering finish, alcohol content around 14 % ABV, contains sulphites.
Food pairings: Pairs beautifully with grilled lamb, roasted beef, barbecued meats, hearty stews, or mushroom and truffle dishes.
