Cederberg Ghost Corner Semillon: from the cool coastal Elim ward near Cape Agulhas, South Africa, a striking Semillon inspired by the legendary ‘Spookdraai’ coastline, offering lifted aromas of citrus blossom, green apple and lemon zest with subtle notes of lanolin and flinty minerality, the palate is fresh and focused with bright acidity, layered citrus and stone fruit, a gentle waxy texture and a long, saline finish, alcohol content around 13 % ABV, contains sulphites.
Food pairings: Pairs beautifully with oysters, grilled fish, seafood risotto, roast chicken or lightly spiced dishes.
