BEYERSKLOOF DIESEL Pinotage

Beyerskloof Diesel Pinotage is a tribute to Beyers Truter’s beloved Great Dane, Diesel, whose image graces the label. Crafted in Stellenbosch, South Africa, this Pinotage is lithe and supple, showcasing authentic varietal expression with intense dark fruit flavours and depth of character. Containing sulfites as the allergen, it displays ripe black cherries, plums, mulberries, and subtle mocha and smoky spice. The palate is structured yet elegant, offering balance, fine tannins, and a lasting finish that reflects the winemaker’s careful hand. Alcohol content is 14%, giving richness and intensity. This wine will age superbly for 10 years or longer.

Food Pairings: goes perfectly with flame-grilled meats, hearty stews, spicy indian curries, lamb chops, or mature hard cheeses.
