ALVI’S DRIFT BRUT Rose

Alvi’s Drift Sparkling Brut Rosé: from the Western Cape, South Africa, a vibrant sparkling rosé with pale salmon hues and energetic, fine bubbles, offering inviting aromas of raspberry and strawberry with a subtle savoury note, the palate is lively and well structured with rich red fruit, a creamy mousse and a refreshing, clean finish, alcohol content around 11.5 % ABV, contains sulphites.

Food pairings: Ideal with smoked salmon, seafood platters, light tapas, fresh salads, berries or enjoyed on its own as a celebratory aperitif.
