Alvi’s Drift Blanc de Blanc Brut: from the Western Cape, South Africa, a vibrant sparkling wine with a pale straw colour and lime-green hues, showing fine, energetic bubbles and fresh aromas of green apple and lemon zest, the palate is bone-dry and refreshing with zesty acidity, bright citrus fruit, elegant mousse and a crisp, clean finish with a subtle lemon note, alcohol content around 11.5 % ABV, contains sulphites.

Food pairings: Perfect with oysters, sushi, canapés, light seafood dishes, fresh salads or enjoyed on its own as an aperitif.
