Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet franc, aged for 23 months in French barriques. Natural acidity and purity of fruit, typical of Elgin terroir, make for an elegant wine with a lingering finish. Great with Carpaccio, Ossobuco and Pasta dishes.
