Uva Mira The Mira Chardonnay is a classy South African white wine from Stellenbosch with a pale straw color. It has inviting aromas of citrus cream, orange blossom, peach, and a touch of biscotti with a light salty edge. The taste is fresh yet rich, showing blood orange, almond, nartjie kick, and a clean mineral character. Its bright acidity gives energy, leading to a dry, long finish with a hint of peach. Smooth, expressive, and beautifully balanced.
Food pairings: pairs well with seafood, poultry, soft cheeses, vegetarian and light dishes such as sushi, poke bowls or citrus dressed salads.
