Upper Hemel-en-Aarde. The Serenity is a red blend which shows off lovely complexity of dark fruit, cherries, hints of chocolate and spices with subtle French Oak induced smoke. He doesn’t name the varietals in the blend, but rather wants the wine to be a pure expression of their unique soil and climate
