Almost equal portions of each of the varieties. The Grenache imparts strawberry-like bouquet and fresh, vibrant fruit on the palate. The Mourvédre provides a beguiling silky mouth feel whilst the Shiraz gives some structure. It matches well with spicy chicken dishes, grilled swordfish, paella.
